AI Assistances (“we,” “us”) is a small business based in Sylvester, Georgia. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Private SMS notification line
AI Assistances operates a private, single-recipient SMS notification line (the “AI Assistances Alerts” program). Through it, the business owner receives personal alerts and status updates from his own AI assistant. Messages are sent only to the owner, at a mobile number the owner personally provided and opted in.
Information we collect through the SMS line
- The owner’s mobile phone number.
- The content of the messages sent and received on the line (including any STOP or HELP replies).
How we use it
We use this information only to deliver the messages. We do not use it for marketing or promotion.
Sharing
Mobile information and opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not sell personal information. Message delivery necessarily passes through our messaging provider and wireless carriers, which handle the messages only to deliver them.
Information collected through this website
- Contact form. If you use the project request form on our home page, we receive the details you enter (business name, your name, email address, a description of what you need, and optional notes and timing). We keep it in a protected internal record, review it ourselves, and use it only to respond to your request. Please do not include passwords, payment information, government IDs, or sensitive medical or legal details.
- Email. If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply to you.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our server may record technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
- No tracking. This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and does not set cookies.
Phone calls
If you call one of our phone numbers, your call may be answered by an AI receptionist, and we may keep a summary of the call and the caller’s number in order to follow up. We use this only to run and support the service.
Your choices
On the SMS line, reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. To ask about, correct, or delete information we hold about you, email us at the address below.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
